Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Shipments or deliveries occur on Saturday.
We ship to P.O Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
TressReliever is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
TressReliever will replace products that are damaged during shipping. If you have a lost or stolen package, reach out to USPS directly to solve the dispute, keep your receipt details so they can better serve you. If you’ve received a damaged order, please contact our support team directly at contact@tressreliever.com and include a photo of the damaged item before submitting a claim.
International Shipping Policy
